Team Entry Information
In order to register for the 2004 Solar BikeRayce USA, teams must submit a completed Entry Form and pay the appropriate Entry Fee as designated in the Regulations. Additional forms are provided below for registering individual team members.

We recommend that teams keep copies of their forms with them.

In order to view the PDF files, Adobe 4.0 or later may be needed.


ENTRY FORM
The Entry Form is available as a downloadable file that may be submitted by email, fax, or postal mail. Two different formats are available. Teams are encouraged to submit their entry form by April 1, 2004.

ENTRY FEE
The Entry Fee can be paid by check, money order, or credit card. Please make checks payable to Solar BikeRayce USA and mail them to:

If you would like to use a credit card, you have to pay online and you need to have a PayPal account. PayPal accounts are free and quick to set up. Follow the link below and new users will be prompted to open an account.

SBR Adult: $125



TEAM MEMBER INFORMATION
Please complete the form and submit it to Headquarters by April 1, 2004. The form is available in two formats. If possible, please use the Excel version and email it to Headquarters. (This form can be turned in separately from your Entry Form.)

EMERGENCY INFORMATION
Every team member attending the event (including advisors) needs to complete an Emergency Information Form. Please print the form out and bring it with you to registration at the track. Please do not mail it to HQ.

PARENTAL CONSENT FORM
This form needs to be completed for any team member who is under the age of 18. Please bring the form to the event.
