Solar Panel Grants Solar BikeRayce USA is organized by the Formula Sun Education Foundation, a non-profit organization. The Foundation will be awarding up to ten grants for solar panels for new S Class entries in Solar BikeRayce USA 2004. The application due date is April 1, 2004.
